    Cynthia Wolf Photography is not liable for any illness or injuries contracted during sessions, shoots and events.
    All edits and photos remain property of Cynthia Wolf Photography to be used for Cynthia's advertisement purposes such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, private party messaging, business cards and brochures.
    No images taken by Cynthia Wolf Photography will be edited in any way by client.
    I give my consent for edited images of myself, my dog(s) and other family members to be on Cynthia Wolf Photography IG and social media postings.
    I understand that I can not use the photographs taken by Cynthia Wolf for commercial purposes without prior consent and image release forms from Cynthia Wolf. This includes the client not using the images for their business without prior consent.
    Virtual signing of this questionnaire implies knowledge and consent to above stated terms and conditions
